Our Story

Bethany and Matthew are a compassionate and dedicated team with a deep understanding of caregiving.

Bethany is a devoted mother of 10 children, including one with significant special needs. Her journey has been shaped by firsthand experiences navigating the challenges of caregiving, from facing a lack of support to dealing with low-quality care, abuse, and negligence in professional settings. With over 20 years in senior care and home healthcare, and 12 years in developmental disabilities care, Bethany has served as a parent, agency employee, and independent provider. Her experiences have fueled her commitment to advocating for high-quality, compassionate care for individuals with unique needs.

Matthew joined the family in 2020 and quickly embraced the role of caregiver for individuals with developmental disabilities. With over 4 years of hands-on experience as a parent, agency employee, and independent provider, Matthew brings empathy, dedication, and a fresh perspective to caregiving.

Together, Bethany and Matthew are passionate about creating a supportive environment where individuals and families receive the respect, dignity, and care they deserve.
